This batch of Xilinx counterfeit parts XQV100-PQ240 had every counterfiet clue you could imagine. Spelling errrors on the packaging, re-tinned leads, blacktopping, chipped packaging from the removal process, you name it. I still don’t get how even a poorly trained QC tech can’t catch simple stuff like this. You can guess the vendors status in our system now.
