Proven semiconductor forecaster, Malcolm Penn, feels that we are at the bottom of the downturn after the pandemic boom. He calls it the Golden Cross Breach which will lead to a good term of growth. The Golden Cross breach is when the green 3/12 curve breaches the blue 12/12 curve.
