After ECIA’s monthly index showed a strong 1st quarter then a rapid decline in the 2nd quarter, it looks like orders are creeping back up in the right direction. July put the index back in positive territory at 103.4 and ECIA is forecasting the growth to continue in August. For many it has been a tough few years so this is an encouraging sign.
