AERI has been enjoying a new leadership model in our organization. Servant Leadership has not only helped us engage our team, but it is increasing our opportunities to move forward with profits as well. When a team is led through the Servant Leadership model, as opposed to the typical Power and Prestige at the top model, not only are those who work there happier, but so are their customers. This is an amazing model which has been embraced by companies like Southwest Airlines, Starbucks, WD40, Toro and more.
